Singular or Plural in Nouns

hello every body ^^ today we have a lesson of singular & plural nouns ...
I)- what is nouns ? :
noun can be a name of a person, place, thing, or idea.Commonly, the first page of a grammar book tells you about nouns. Nouns give names Nouns are usually the first words which small children & bébes learn. like : mom and dad or milk as their first word. nouns should be the first lesson when you study a foreign language.
II)- singular & plural :
1/ For the plural form of most nouns, add s.02. cup – cups
3. pencil – pencils
4. sticker – stickers
5. window – windows
2/ For nouns that end in CH, X, S, or s sounds, add es.
2. watch – watches
3. moss – mosses
4. bus – buses
3/ For nouns ending in For FE : change the letter F to V and add es.
2. wharf - wharves
3. leaf - leaves
4. life - lives
4/ Some nouns have different plural forms.
2. woman – women
3. man – men
4. mouse – mice
5. goose – geese
5/ Nouns ending in vowels like y or o do not have definite rules.

3. kidney – kidneys
4. potato – potatoes
5. memo – memos
6. stereo – stereos
1. sheep – sheep
2. deer – deer
3. series – series
4. species – species
III)- (test) :
1) I have one (child, children).
2) In this room three (man, men) and one (woman, women).
3) I hit a (mouse, mice) by my foot.
4) I buy three big (toy, toys).
5) A few men wear (watch, watches).
6) I put a (rabbit, rabbits) on the cage.
7) (Baby, Babies) play with bottles as toys.
